I can not login as administrator

I can not login as administrator. Write wp-admin and says message

Forbidden

You do not have any permission to access /web/wp-login.php on this server.

Additionally, for a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Why?

    I’m unfortunately not sure. This doesn’t sound theme related, but rather related to the server setup of your WordPress installation.
