I have been experiencing issues since Early january since an update.
I use some links to generate photos on a page that are a reference to live webcams and hyperlink to their websites.
The routers are configured for port forwarding on a different port to view the cam image (8080).
One camera is not, it is forwarded to standard 80.
the port forwarded ones, the site links it to an https address and omits the :8080 after the site address, which makes it an invalid image address and no image.
The affected page is http://www.moosejawtrails.com/?page_id=409 to gather more info.
Please help me fix this viewer image problem.
Hi, thanks for reaching out. Perhaps try deactivating Jetpack Photon and see if that helps. Go toJetpackSettings, search for Photon and deactivate: Speed up image load times.
I found mine under Plugins –> Jetpack –> Settings
I saw no Photon heading, rather it was Performance.
All said, it was the magic bullet I was looking for, Thanks!
That’s it. Photon is the old name, it still comes up if you use that term. Glad to hear that helped :) Thanks for keeping us updated. Cheers for now.
