https issue

One of our clients recently had their IT department swap their servers from http to https to be in line with google new notification policies on non-secure form submissions. In that process everything was moved except for images that we uploaded in page builder. For some reason those images are still being called in as http://blah blah instead of https:// – is there any way – short of uploading them all again to change the name – that this can be fixed instead of page builder or do we need to do a search and replace on the MySQL database? Any help would be super appreciated. Thanks so so much.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Adam,

Please use this plugin to replace the http references with https.

do we need to do a search and replace on the MySQL database

This will break your page builder pages as the data is serialized.

Thanks Alex – I used WP DB Migrate pro to run a search and replace on the database. I figured out where the code for the page builder work resided in the DB and I just ran a replace on all those tables on production to get it to swap to https and get rid of those cross origin errors. Thanks for your response!
