HTTP Link Breaking My SSL Green Lock

By carmical, 6 years ago. Last reply by Alex S, 6 years ago.

site: https://womenofculinary.com

Green lock is not on the site as secured even though I have an SSL Certificate.

Looking at source code I see this . What is it for and how do I change it to https:// if I have to keep it? For that matter, if there are other http://’s how do I change those I cannot easily add an “s” to, to make the link(s) HTTPS:// instead of HTTP://?

Thanks,
Linda

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Linda,

Unfortunately, due to your under construction gate, I’m unable to view your website so I’m not too sure exactly what is set to HTTP or not so I can’t provide specific recommendations. Regardless, I would recommend installing and running Velvet Blues Update URLs to replace all of the old instances of HTTP with HTTPS.

    Search: http://womenofculinary.com
    Replace: https://womenofculinary.com
