How would I get “latest posts” in blog loop form on a homepage without using Page Builder or “Your latest posts”?

Hello. I am struggling.
I CANNOT use “Your latest posts” feature under “Settings -> Reading” because it simply does not work correctly.
With that said, I need to make a static homepage that will look like a blog (as it looks now, actually – www.soyeg.club), HOWEVER, I need to be able to make this exact replica WITHOUT USING PAGE BUILDER. (Note: I am currently using pagebuilder BECAUSE I have NO idea how to call to “LATEST POSTS” without it.)
So my question is, how would I get all of the latest posts to display in the “blog loop” form just as they are now, but WITHOUT PAGE BUILDER?
