I’m trying to use master slider in mi web home page, but when i use the widget in the page builder or put the code of the slider in a text widget also in the page builder noting happens, and when i tried to put the code in a new page is the same. please help.

If you’re looking to place Meta Slider at the top of the page this can be done via the drop down menu at Appearance > Theme Settings > Home. Additionally, you can place sliders on pages in the same position by using the Meta Slider drop down menu found in the right column of each page.

Meta Slider not appearing when using their widget or shortcode in the Text widget is a problem though. Assuming Meta Slider is active and your slider has been added there correctly I’d start troubleshooting by temporarily de-activating all plugins except for Meta Slider and Page Builder, then re-test. If the issue resolves, re-activate your plugins one by one until you find the problem.
hi, thanks for your answer, but thats not the problem, my problem is with a different plugin called ‘master slider’, I mean, when i tried to use that plugin with the widget or the code (or every other slider plugin like revolution slider) not one seems to work. the only slider plugin that works its meta slide. i hope you could help me. thanks again and sorry.

Are you attempting to integrate Master Slider into the same primary position that Meta Slider usually fills or do you just need to use Master Slider generally, in the page.
If you just need to use Master Slider with Page Builder you can do a quick check. Does the Master Slider widget and shortcode in a Text widget, tested separately, work properly when you test them in a regular widget area like the Sidebar widget area for example?

Testing the widget and shortcode in a regular widget area rules Page Builder out as the immediate issue. Next:
1. Test widget areas again with Twenty Fourteen or another default WP theme.
2. De-activate all plugins except for Master Slider and do the same test.
So we’re trying to rule out the theme as the issue and also a plugin conflict.
hi, so i tried on Twenty Fourteen and same thing, the widget didn’t work, but the rare thing is that i tried with “revolution slider” and also doesn’t work. every other plugin work fine. what could be the cause?

I’m experiencing the same issue – the Master Slider doesn’t not work on the home page, although it works great everywhere else, on all other pages. I’ve even disabled the Meta Slider on the home page, but still the Master Slider doesn’t shop up. I have the code pasted in the Visual Editor, and I also tried adding it as a Widget through the Page Builder – still nothing. Please help!
