How to update Vantage Theme without any data loss

I have been using the free Vantage theme and have made a number of customizations on it which was on version 1.10.2 but now there’s an update to 1.11. and i am worried about updating it. I have not made any code level changes. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks for reaching out.

    There won’t be any content loss by updating. When you update a theme, the theme folder is overwritten, this means that any code-level edits will be lost. Any changes you’ve made to theme settings or pages/posts are safety stored in the database and won’t be impacted by updating your theme. If you’d like to take a snapshot of your site before upgrading, consider using a plugin like Duplicator to make a backup.
