How to translate standard text to other language?

Hi,
I’m a new user of the vantage theme and I’m making a site for my school for a big project.
Now, the site has to be in dutch. There can’t be a word in English.
Obviously I can wright my own text in Dutch but take a look at this: http://scheppersonline.be/2015/09/
It says “Monthly Archives” and I can’t find a way to get this text in Dutch :/
Do you guys have any suggestions?

      Hi,
      will this throw away my changes when the theme updates?
      Should I use a child theme with this plug-in or am I fine without one?

    No need for a child theme when using plugins to handle tasks. You’re all good to go :)
