I am experiencing trouble using the SiteOrigin Pagebuilder when I want to create a new page. I found an old thread from someone who had the same problem:
How to create stretch image to full width and how to create an iframe on vantage theme
I am using the Asterion theme and the problem is: I can’t impossibly stretch the image full width..

I want to apply this for a page for my website, after this I also want to design my landing page. But I really need to know how I can fix this. So can anybody help me out? I’ve also tried the change to row settings, but this also didn’t work.
Thank you :)
B.
Hi B,
Please open the row housing the image, and head over to the row styles sidebar. Open the Layout settings group and set the Row Layout to Full Width Stretched and save. How does that look?
Hello Alex S,
Ofcourse I’ve already tried that, but that didn’t work.. very strange.

I tried to apply a black background so I can design a nice home page but like you can see on the screenshot, this is not possible. Are there ways to fix this? I tried row width fully stretched and stretched.

Hi Websitebouwer,
Do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on?
Hello Alex, I found the solution! Please keep this sollution in mind because many other people are struggling with the same problems I had.
To fix this I went to appearance, editor, team widget area, add page builder to the home page, then click on open page builder and from here I was able to create the front page I wanted to have, with stretched width.
The only disadvantage from this is, that the text doesn’t get picked up by Google? Because my static page between my ”pages” is empty now..
Hi Websitebouwer,
I’m not too sure what you mean by that solution. It sounds like you edited the widget itself (which isn’t something we recommend) and then added the widget to your homepage. If that’s the case, there’s no reason why Google shouldn’t be able to pick up on this text. At this point, I really need to inspect the markup of your homepage to work out if this is the case or not because without additional information I cannot provide a proper solution.
