How to “Show the post metadata under the post title” – without the english term “Posted on”

10 years ago · Last reply by Andrew Misplon 10 years ago

Hello!
Im using Vantage Premium and would need some help. Like asked on title is it possible to hide the english text “Posted on” next to the date of a post date?

Actually what I would like to have is the date only under the post title.

I could not do it with custom css, but I think you could know the answer. Any help, please.

This is a test-site, so cant give you the issue url.

    Hi Petteri

    Thanks for the wait.

There is a little bit of work required here.

    1. There is a problem with this particular string in the current translation file.
    Download this file: https://siteorigin.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/10/vantage.pot
Using FTP or Hosting File Manager, upload it to /wp-content/themes/vantage/languages. Overwrite the existing file.

    2. Plugins > Add New > search for “Loco Translate”.

    3. You should now be able to use Loco Translate to translate the “Posted On” string. You could also try remove it via the Loco Translate interface.
