How to responsive collapse columns (Vantage / Page Builder)?

I’m developing a website with Vantage theme and I’ve a problem.
Row containing 3 circle icons (and text below them) collapse in homepage demo when I visit your demo page.

But on the one I have, installed in my local machine same row with 3 columns don’t collapse when resized, they overlap.

Any ideas why this might happen?

    Hi Bogac,

    It’s possible SiteOrgin Page Builder isn’t set up to output the responsive CSS. Please navigate to WP AdminSettingsPage Builder and open the Layout tab. Ensure that the Responsive Layout is enabled.

    I’ve tried to reply back here but there was a problem.

    Like you’ve said, despite that setting looks checked, in fact it was acting like it wasn’t.
    I had to tick and save again.

    To clarify, you were able to resolve this by ticking it again and saving it? Or are you still having issues?
