How to remove white space btween rows in Page Builder?

Visit https://www.topstoneprojects.com/ and you will see big vertical white spaces between some rows in page builder by siteorigin.

I found this answer, but I do not know if it is still valid – https://siteorigin.com/thread/too-much-white-space-between-rows-in-page-builder/.

There is a big white space in two places.

– Between the top rotating banner and and Product section.
– Between the bottom the Design and Company section.

See attached screen shots. These appear on the desktop, but not on the iphone. When I use Firefox > Developer > Inspector, the space goes away so I can not find out what is causing this.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Nicolai,

I would disregard the linked thread as it’s very indirect by today’s standards.

I’ve had a quick look at your website and it looks like you managed to remove each of the row bottom margins. For future reference, you can do this in two ways.

    Row by Row
Please open the row before the spacing by clicking the wrench icon above it. head over to the row styles sidebar and open the layout settings group. Set the bottom margin to 0.

Globally – Will not override row specific bottom margin
You can change the global default by navigating to WP AdminSettingsPage Builder and open the Layout settings group. Adjust the row bottom margin.

Outside of that, is there anywhere else you would like to adjust the spacing for? I do see that you have a few blank rows in certain locations and I’m unsure if that’s intentional. To clarify, blank rows still add spacing.

    Thanks Alex.

Row by Row – Currently the host GoDaddy is not having problems so I can not access the Pages to see the settings. Waiting for Godday to resolve it.

Globally – I see Row Bottom Margin is 30px in WP Admin > Settings > Page Builder > Layout. Should I make it 0?

The few blank rows in certain locations are intentional since I added anchor links to them. I did this so that the link stop just above that section. If I put the anchor the the same row where I want to visit, then the page scrolls up a little too far.

    Hi Nicolai,

Yes, setting it to 30 will remove the spacing.

Consider using Page scroll to id to circumvent that browser limitation (it can’t account for the navigation). It’ll allow you to set an offset.
