I want to remove the white space above the pic on my site: http://filmstudiox.com/presets/
I made the background of the Page Builder to be white so that below the image I can write text, but I don’t want white space above the image.
Hi TIMON,
This is padding caused by a paragraph being added to the page. Please open the page and untick the “Automatically add paragraphs” setting.
I just unticked it and saved the page, still not fixed. I made sure there are no spaces above the image in the html code. So I don’t know why it’s there.
Hi TIMON,
For whatever reason there’s still a paragraph present. (The green is the spacing added by the paragraph)

Would it be possible for you to send me an export for this widget? To do this open up the page with the widget, and click prebuilt. Then click import / export and then click download. Please upload the export to a 3rd party file hosting site such as teknik.io.
Here you go: https://u.teknik.io/kMGHa.json
Hi TIMON,
According to your widgets, you still have the “Automatically add paragraphs” setting ticked.

This setting will need to be unticked for it to work as desired.
Ok, I now unchecked it, should be off now. Still see the white space :(
Hi TIMON,
Would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look?

I already have a second admin account, can I post the username and password in here?

Hi TIMON,
Awkwardly, I was able to remove the spacing by resaving the page. :S I would recommend splitting the image and the text (and button) into two different widgets as to allow for spacing more easily.
ok i’ll try that
