Hi,
I added some custom snippets to remove the padding from around the homepage heading. Unfortuntaly this did not resolve the issue. Now I am not able to remove the snippets from the Custom CSS.
I have go to appearance/custom css- then I simply deleted the snippet and saved the page. However, this did not delete the snippet. Under revisions it still shows as
8 October 2015 @ 12:53:07 (0 chars)
8 October 2015 @ 12:50:50 (37 chars)
8 October 2015 @ 12:48:44 (79 chars)
8 October 2015 @ 12:48:07 (81 chars)
8 October 2015 @ 12:46:44 (81 chars)
So I was able to delete the first one, but not subsequent revisions.
Suggestions?

    Hi Minsun

Do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on? If you need to keep this URL private from other users, just select “Private Reply” on the bottom right of the comment box.

    Hi, I Work Here

Mmm! I’m not seeing the custom-css block in the header. I might just be missing it though. Cool, let me login quickly and take a look. Instructions to follow. Thanks for the wait.

    Hi, I Work Here

Would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look? You can create the account with the following email address:

    [email protected]

Just navigate to Users > Add New in your WordPress admin. Enter siteorigin for the username and [email protected] for the email address. Make sure you’ve selected Administrator for the role and enabled the “Send Password” field so we receive the details.

Once we’re finished taking a look, you can delete this account. We’ll let you know when to do that.

No problem. I appreciate the assistance. Admin account created but username is: Andrew

Username you requested resulted in the error: ERROR: This username is invalid because it uses illegal characters. Please enter a valid username.

    Hope that works.

    Cheers

    Hi, I Work Here

Not sure I’m following, perhaps you can explain a bit further. Here is what I see:

    1. I can confirm that at a code level, SiteOrigin CSS isn’t outputting any code whatsoever in the front end of your site, so all good there.

    2. There is no CSS saved in the admin, Appearance > Custom CSS.

    3. The revision point with 0 characters just shows a saved state where you didn’t have any CSS added.

Okay got it . Thanks for confirming that the CSS is not running additional code. I guess I was way off base on this one.

Thanks for your help though – really great service. I’m glad I choose this theme.

    Have a good one.
