How To Remove Home title from Page

Whilst editing my homepage using Site Origins Builder the Homepage title ( HOME) has now appeared underneath my smart slider and a comments box has appeared at the bottom of the page.
I don’t know why this has happened as I was editing a video widget on the page. I cannot get them to go,
