How to Reduce the White background space on the header when you upload your logo?

My website’s header is so big because of the white background space on the top and bottom of my logo. How do i reduce the top and bottom white background space?

Note: I already reduced the size of my logo.

    Have you adjusted the header padding at Appearance > Customize > General: Header Padding?
