How to reduce the clearance of a image?

As the thread title, I add image into a page by Visual Edit in vantage.
I found there are too big for me the clearance around the added images.
Is it call padding? I am not sure.
But, anyway, I like to reduce top-bottom-right-left clearance of the imaged.
Please advise how to do it.
