How to prevent TutorLMS to turn Posts into courses?

Issue Description:
After installing Tutor LMS on my WordPress website, I noticed that the plugin is affecting my regular posts (posts that have already existed before the TutorLMS) and treating them as courses. This unintended behavior is causing confusion for users who expect posts that they car read, rather than seeing courses. I would like to ensure that Tutor LMS only affects specific page, like the “Video Course” page and not to effect pages where I have my posts.

Steps Taken:

1. Reviewed Tutor LMS settings but did not find an option to exclude regular posts.
2. Explored custom code or filters provided by Tutor LMS documentation but couldn’t identify a solution.
3. Deactivated other plugins to check for conflicts, but the issue persisted.
4. Searched WordPress support forums and Tutor LMS documentation for similar issues but couldn’t find a resolution.

Steps to recreate problem:
1. Create in WordPress a page where post would be added.
2. Create a simple post and added to the page.
3. Install TutorLMS, and set it up.
4. Provided to TutorLMS a specific page where the courses would be viewed.
5. Go back to the post page and enjoy!

Versions:
WordPress – 6.5.2
TutorLMS – 2.7.0

    Hi Lyubomir

    Thanks for posting your question.

Does the issue relate to SiteOrigin Page Builder? We do our best to offer advice on third-party challenges but primarily focus on SiteOrigin plugin and theme support.

    Hi Lyubomir

Thanks for the update. Unfortunately, I’m not familiar with TutorLMS. https://www.themeum.com/support/ might be the best place to start.
