How to position overlap of widgets

Hi, I’m wondering if it is possible to overlap one widget on another.
I would like to position the features widget half on a Hero image widget.

Is that possible and if so how?
If not what would be the alternative?

    This is possible but it’ll require some custom CSS and general familiarity with CSS. I’d like to help you with this, but unfortunately, this is beyond the scope of the support we’re able to offer on our free forums.
