Hi, thanks for reaching out.
If you’re using the SiteOrigin Editor widget you can highlight the link, click the chain/link button to edit the link, and then select the Open in new tab option.
If you aren’t using the Editor widget for the text in question, please, let us know which widget you’re using. Thanks.
