How to make Video Background static instead of expanding with content

Hello!

I am using the Create theme that is paired with SiteOrigin to help someone build their website and chose to continue using Site Origin because I really love how responsive SiteOrigin widgets are. I have the ability to add a video background — however, I do not want it to expand with the content. Rather, I want it such that as I scroll, the video stays “static” and the text just scrolls. Can someone advise?

    Hi Denise,

    The video background functionality is actually being added by your theme. Unfortunately, we’re not really familiar with the inner workings of this function but I don’t think it includes fixed video support. I would recommend getting in contact with ThemeTrust and ask if this functionality is supported (and if, how to use it), and if not, will it be introduced in a future update?

    Please note that it’s possible this functionality won’t be introduced in a future update due to the complexity of it. As a result, your best option may be to hire a developer to implement this for you.

    We recommend using Codeable. You’ll be able to hire someone at an hourly rate to do this work for you.
