How to make the featured images centered in the page?

Hi， I have use the function call “featured images”(Translated by myself) as shown in the red frame.

I want to know what I should do to make the image centered in the page, as shown in the following figure a, there is centering, as shown in the following figure b, is on the left side.
I hope that Figure b can also be centered in the webpage. Please tell me what should I do? Thank you.

    Try adding to Customize > Additional CSS:

    article.post .entry-header .entry-thumbnail img, article.page .entry-header .entry-thumbnail img {
	margin: auto;
}
