How to make background colour extend to the edge of the browser?

9 years ago · Last reply by Andrew Misplon 9 years ago

I am using the row editor and I’m trying to make the background colour extend to the edge of the screen, but currently it only makes a box in the centre of the screen.
I’ve tried changing the layout styles (default, full width) but it doesn’t seem to do anything.

    Hi Jack

Apologies for the delay. Which theme are you using?

I am using a theme called Optimizer.

Thanks for the reply. I’ve tested Optimizer now and unfortunately, it doesn’t seem like the Full Width or Full Width Stretched row layout options are compatible with this theme. Page Builder uses JavaScript to achieve these settings and on the rare occasion can experience a conflict with JavaScript being used by the theme in question. It appears that’s the case here.

Does this mean there is no way I can use both theme and the editor, and have a background that extends to the edge of the browser page?

Unfortunately, yes. The Full Width Stretched functionality is experiencing a conflict within this theme and isn’t functioning correctly. Otherwise, Page Builder seems to be functioning normally with this theme.
