How to Make a Transparent Overlay color on Image background?

Hello everyone,

I try to add a color background and change his opacity something like 0.5.
I have difficulty finding the way to do it?

Hi Eliran,
Please open the row (or widget) you wish to apply this effect to and head over to the row/widget styles sidebar. Open the Attribute settings group and set the row/widget class to opacity-hover and save the page.
Then please navigate to AppearanceCustom CSS, you’ll get our custom CSS editor. Add (and adjust) the following CSS:
```
.opacity-hover:hover {
	opacity: 0.5;
}
```
You might also need to install the SiteOrigin CSS Editor.
