How to get rid of unwanted white space for Sydney theme

Hey all, trying to remove the white space on my home page. Here is my site, btgym.com Unsure how to go about it as I have tried to add my own CSS code but no luck.

Any help is appreciated.

    Hi Cameron,

    Sydney adds 100px to the top and bottom of rows. You can reduce this spacing by opening a row you wish to remove the spacing from and head over to the row styles sidebar. Open the Layout settings group and set the Top/Bottom Padding to 0 and save. How does that look?
