Can you please help me to remove the default “leave a reply” section. I would like a blank page

Looks like Home page doesn’t have this default setting. I checked all widget and page setting, couldn’t figure it out

Please take a look at our tutorial on removing Comment Boxes.
Page: Disable WordPress Comments
Screen Options control what is displayed in WordPress but not on your front end. So un-ticking Discussion in Screen Options just means that the Discussion settings won’t show in WordPress. The keyword being “settings”.
1. Tick Discussion in Screen Options.
2. Then scroll down to the Discussion meta box and un-tick the comment options.
This can’t be done globally.
Try that out and let me know the outcome

Please open the page editor for any of the pages you wish to remove this option from. Once there click on ‘Screen Options’ in the top right corner.
On the dropdown panel that appears please make sure that the ‘comments’ and ‘discussion’ options are both enabled.
With these enabled, at the bottom of the editor there will be a new section labelled ‘Discussion’. Please untick the ‘Allow Comments’ box and save the page.
