How to get media to display on template?

I am trying to create a custom widget for page builder that allows me to select and use an image. Following the instructions from another thread, i used the wp_get_attachment_image_url() to get the image url from the widget, but it seems that it only gives me the url for the thumbnail of the image in the media selector. How do i get the full image?

    I have figured it out by looking at the existing SiteOrigin Image widget.
