How To Edit Post Search Results Page In Vantage Theme

I am using the Vantage Theme which has the search icon in the top right of my header. When I search a blog post and press enter it takes me to a search results page listing my blogs. I then have to click the title to see the blog page.
I want to edit the search result page but there is no page or post on my site with the same page url. I was hoping it would be a case of editing a normal page, how do I edit the blog search results page in WordPress?

    Unfortunately, this isn’t possible without a fair amount of custom coding. This is beyond the scope of what we can help you with on our forums, but you could hire a developer to implement this for you.

    We recommend using Codeable. You’ll be able to hire someone at an hourly rate to do this work for you.
