How to disable Social Media buttons in posts?

Please tell me how to disable those Social Media buttons in posts? I don’t need them, but I don’t how to make them disappear. Thanks!

    Hi daydayyang,

    Head to Appearance > Theme Settings > Social: Post Sharing and un-check that setting.
