How to create single page posts using Page Builder

Hello, I am using Origami Premium. I understand that the comments box will not appear unless you use the “more tag” and create a single page post. However, when I use the “more tag” when creating pages with Page Builder my post does not go to a single page, and the comments box does not appear.

When using Page Builder I use the Visual Editor widget in a row to write and edit text. You can see my postings at cherylmcalister.com. The first two blog posts go to a single page because I edited them in the generic WP edit frame. I made the third post (Tomato Bisque) using PB. The “more tag” did not work. The entire post is on the Blog page, and consequently, there is no comments box. Additionally, if I do use the “more tag” in PB it places the “continue reading” message at the bottom of the entire post.

I love the design of Origami and am starting to understand how to work in it. I hope you can help me work through this issue.

Thank you. Cheryl

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Cheryl

The more tag is a function of the regular WordPress Visual/Text editor. Page Builder stores it’s data in a different variable. As a result, unfortunately, the more tag doesn’t work in Page Builder. At the moment we don’t have a solution for this.
