How to create mobile-friendly navigation bar drop down menu?

9 years ago · Last reply by Alex S 9 years ago

Hi all,

I’m using the vantage theme, and I am trying to create a more mobile friendly menu. What I have in mind, some call it a “hamburger menu” (see image below). Is there a simple way to do that with the vantage theme, or do I need to turn towards CSS coding to do it on my own?

The mobile theme is ok, but the menu/nav bar looks a little jumbled and I like the usability of the “hamburger menu” because it frees up space as well and is less cluttered.

Thanks!
Mike

    Hi AaeMediam

Unfortunately, this isn’t possible without custom work at this time. We’re however looking into options for expanding our responsive offerings in the near future.

It should be noted that the premium version of Vantage offers a responsive menu. It’s however not a traditional burger menu and more of a slide in.

That’s alright, I’ll check out the premium version one. I think it will be fine!

    Thank you very much.

    Hi AaeMedia,

That’s great to hear. Is there anything else I can help you with today?
