Hi Support Team,
I am attempting to edit some pre-formatted paragraphs with main numbered (1, 2,3,..) and Roman-text sub lists (i, ii, iii, iv,..).
However not able to locate how to change from numbered to Roman-text numbered sublists. Does it need some kind of coding or CSS to enable this, or the text editor will already have this feature somewhere?
I look forward to your reply and advice on how to proceed.
Assumming I am a total beginner to SiteOrigin and WordPress.
Best regards.
Hi spmr
Thanks for posting your question.
The SiteOrigin Editor Widget doesn’t have the ability to change list styling by default. You can add https://wordpress.org/plugins/tinymce-advanced/; the following list styles will be available: Default, Circle, Disc, and Square.
Custom CSS solutions are a bit outside of our free support scope. We can help with Custom CSS within our premium support scope where the budget allows it. Perhaps check a post like https://techstacker.com/how-to-style-ordered-list-uppercase-roman-numbers-css/. Any CSS provided in tutorials like this one can be added to AppearanceCustom CSS if you’re using the SiteOrigin CSS plugin or CustomizeAdditional CSS if not.
Hi Andrew,
Thanks for the advice.
Best regards.
Hi; you’re welcome!
Cheers for now.
