How to change the color of the search icon in the menu.

I’m trying to change the color of the search icon in the menu.
I found this thread:

But the search icon image is not in the location stated in the thread. I’m wondering if things have changed during the 9 months since that answer was posted.
Can you help me figure this out?
If it helps, I’m using Vantage Premium 2.2.3.

    Hi aveosteve

    You can now head to Appearance > Customize > Menu > Search Icon Color and set it there. We changed it from an image to a font icon so this would be possible.
