How to change page body and title text to black on Origami

Hello! Can anyone please advise how to change the body text and title of the whole site to black in Origami? I’ve been through all the settings and cannot find an option to change the body text to black nor the site title. I think premium is installed, too. Thank you!

    Please, try adding the following to your Custom CSS:

    .post .content {
    color: #000;
}
