One of my menu items has four sub-items.
But a mouse-over only shows the first three in the list.
What do I have to change to allow more than three sub-menu items to appear in the drop-down list?
How to change Menu Depth?

Hi Ken
Do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on? If you need to keep this URL private from other users, just select “Private Reply” on the bottom right of the comment box.

Hi Ken
It’s worth finding out if you’re using a Windows or Linux based server. If you are based on an IIS server it’s a plugin consideration to keep in mind. Some plugins don’t work on IIS but will usually inform users of that on their overview page.
Hi Ken
Would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look? You can create the account with the following email address:
[email protected]
Just navigate to Users > Add New in your WordPress admin. Enter siteorigin for the username and [email protected] for the email address. Make sure you’ve selected Administrator for the role and enabled the “Send Password” field so we receive the details.
Once we’re finished taking a look, you can delete this account. We’ll let you know when to do that.

Thanks for the server info. Just something to keep in mind moving forward.

Hi Ken
From what I can see we haven’t received any login details on the forum or email support. It would be ideal if you sent your details in an email from yourself vs using the automated WordPress email. That would take a step out of the process and most likely resolve the issue.
Sure, no problem being logged in at the same time if our details are different to yours.
Email received. Taking a look now.
