how to change font style and family in hero widget editor?

I am using the Puro Ultra premium theme, when choosing headings in hero widget editor i would like to use the “raleway” font family in hero widget only…not having any success.
please advise?

    Hi Bdb,

    You can change the font in the hero widget by opening the Design and Layout and adjust the Heading Font and Text Font as desired.

    If that doesn’t work, do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on?
