How to center logo between menus

1) How would I center my square logo between 2 menus? I have currently it set up as 3 widgets with menu 1, image (logo), menu 2 but the spacing between everything is nowhere close to perfect.

2) How do I center my main menu rather than left aligned.

    2. Please navigate to WP AdminAppearanceCustomize, Theme DesignMenu and set the Menu Alignment to Center.
