How to adjust post margins

The below is what my post page currently looks like. The title and featured image are int centre as I want but I am trying to amend it so the rest of the post is constrained in a similar manner. It works perfectly on mobile but can’t seem to amend on web version! I can’t see how to adjust the margins.
