How to add wpinked widget to widget groupings

I found how to add widgets to the widget groupings, but I don’t see the simple Add Widget. I want to add wpinked plugin, but the documentation says just click on the Add Widget button: http://widgets.wpinked.com/documentation/getting-started/
which I don’t see anywhere on the page

    Hi AVWebmaster,

    Once Widgets for SiteOrigin is activated, please navigate to WP AdminPluginsSiteOrigin Widgets and activate the desired WP Inked widgets. Then open up the page you wish to add your newly activated widgets too and add them likely you normally would.
