How to add widget site origin Google Map to the theme kyma

Hi

I tried to add the widget site origin Google Map to the theme kyma.

In page builder, I treid to add the widget and I get this message below:

“”This widget has scripts and styles that need to be loaded before you can use it. Please save and reload your current page.

You will only need to do this once.

Help”

I have reloaded the page and logged off the site and it still does not work.

Is this widget not compatible with the WordPress Kyma Theme?

Kind regards

Valerie

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Valerie,

This sounds like it could be a plugin conflict issue. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue. Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

If the plugin conflict test doesn’t hep, it’s quite possible that it’s actually a theme conflict (they’re much rarer which is why we test for plugins first). Can you please try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.

    Hi Alex

Thanks for your help sooooooo much. I am just rushing off to work and when
I get home, I will do what you suggested and get back to you.

I have a feeling it may be the theme Kyma as I used these site origin plug-in before on a different Theme Tesseract and no issue. I will back up first.

Could it be that pager builder and site origin bundle conflict? I will try your the above.

    Thanks …Thanks….A million.

    Hi Valerie,

Okay cool – let me know how you go.

No. SiteOrigin Page Builder and the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle are worked on in the same environment – it’s very unlikely they’re conflict as something would have shown up in testing.
