Installer How to add tag line in Vantage theme without widget?

Actually I want to design like this on my front page.
I am using Vantage wordpress theme and I have tried adding at Masterhead logo + text widget and in header Social media icon widget.
But when I add master head widget it hides the header widget.
Please help with this.

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to do this without a fair amount of custom coding. This is beyond the scope of what we can help you with on our forums, but you could hire a developer to implement this for you. Personally, I would recommend adding a layout builder to the masthead widget and building your masthead around that single layout builder rather than using the standard Logo and Header widget area combination.
We recommend using Codeable. You’ll be able to hire someone at an hourly rate to do this work for you.

I have created a image the way I wanted and added it as a logo.
I have also one another question, I want to remove side margins from left and right side from home page. I have tried with full width options but its not getting removed. -> site : http://traigoservices.com/
