I want to add ssl seal into the footer of my pages but I would like for it to appear under the share with friends button in the footer

You’ll need to grab the SSL badge code snippet from your provider. You can then insert that into the Visual Editor widget that is already has your subscribe and share links in it.
I was trying to put it under the send button next to the widget that has the subscribe and share links on it.
If you add it after the Facebook Send widget in the widget area we can try assist.
