How to add plugin to widgets?

I have added a new plugin (Vertical marquee plugin) to my premium install.
I now need it to show up on the widgets list for the home page.
How do I add it to the widgets list?

    Hi. If the plugin has a widget associated with it you can hit the + button on Appearance > Home Page and then search for it. If there is one, it will appear there.

    The widget appears in the Available Widgets section, but it does NOT appear under the + button on Appearance > Home Page. My question is how do I get it to appear there.

    Have you tried using the search form after hitting the + button?
