How to add contact information on top right part of the Header clickable and would open skype and mailto

How do we add our contact info on the upper right part of the header and make the phone number clickable and would open skype and the email clickable and would compose an email. Thanks

    Thanks for running Vantage.

    Use the Visual Editor widget, to get access to that widget first install: http://wordpress.org/plugins/black-studio-tinymce-widget/.

    To add an email link your url should be in the following format:

    mailto:[email protected]

    To add a Skype link your url should be in the following format:

    skype:profile_name

    New to Vantage. This was just what I was looking for. Have implemented but on the widget/text does not show on my responsive site, meaning in landscape it comes up on the right hand site unreadable. Further it leaves a large gap btw. the logo and the next level of the site?

    as above (i think) when using mailto:…. via the black-studio widget it simply places that text including mailto: within the header but does not link to email sending
