How to add banner and some text above the blog page

I’m trying to reconfigure my podcast episodes so that I can upload them to iTunes. I originally had them all listed on a page (http://www.realityguidance.com/reality-check-backup/) but since I need to convert them all into individual blog posts, I have now set that page up here (http://www.realityguidance.com/reality-check-podcast/)

But I still want to keep the banner and text (including link) at the top of the page. How do I go about doing this?
