How to add a design tab with pagebuilder

I would like to add a tab for my music section and was wondering what would work. Should i design one in PowerPoint and add it as an image? or is there a button or something in the widgets that would work?
I just want a small music Icon with the title music and then have it all underlined….like on this page.

    I would recommend using the excellent Tabs Widget for Page Builder to acomplish this.
