How Do I Tell If The Premium Version Of Pitch Is Installed?

I keep trying to install the Pitch Premium upgrade. It seems like the upgrade is applied, but when I look for the page templates, they’re nowhere to be found. Also, under Appearance > Theme Settings, the Home Page Video setting says “Only available in Pitch Premium – Upgrade Now.”

Am I upgraded to Pitch Premium?

    Hi Marsha

    If no upgrade is showing under Dashboard > Updates then it will be best to do a manual upgrade. You can find instructions here:

    And the ZIP file download link in your order email.

    Done! Now the name of the theme is Pitch Premium, and the Custom CSS and other items are showing.
