How do I set up a MailChimp widget in Page Builder?

I am creating a new page in Page Builder. I click on “Add widget”. I choose the MailChimp widget (Displays MailChimp form). Then I click “Edit”. The “MailChimp Form Action:” field is empty. What do I need to insert here to start collecting Email addresses? And where do I get it in my MailChimp account? Thank you in advance!
