    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Vinay

If the Page Builder tab isn’t loading normally you can try checking for a JavaScipt conflict. Temporarily deactivate all plugins except for Page Builder and the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle. With only the two plugins activated, check to see if the Page Builder tabs loads. That’ll give you an idea of what’s happening.

No Sorry i tried to deactivate plugins but still it doesnt help me.

    Hi, I Work Here

Sure, we can take a look at a screenshot of the page. The forum doesn’t support media but you can upload images to imgur.com or WeTransfer or similar and post the link. here. We’ll take a look and go from there. Thanks.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Thanks

A classic page looks to have been opened in the Block Editor and then further edits might have been made which complicates potential migration back to the Classic Editor. It would be best to use the page revision system to roll back to a point prior to any edits in the Block Editor. The page can be opened in the classic interface using the Classic Editor plugin.

If you want to migrate the page to the Block Editor you can do so but would first need to restore the Classic Editor Page Builder tab, export the layout from LayoutsImport/ExportDownload Layout, switch to the Block Editor, insert a SiteOrigin Layout Block and import the JSON layout via the same path.

I tried to convert it into a classic but it's only showing shortcode. I am not sure if it was an update issue but still I have updated it.

    Hi, I Work Here

Hi. In the Classic Editor, assuming the formatting isn’t broken, you’d need to click on the Page Builder tab to move the content from the Text tab into Page Builder. It’s important to use a revision before changes were made in the Block Editor.

Hai I tried not planned as expected it will be helpful if you can help more on this

    Hi, I Work Here

What happens when you move content back into the Page Builder tab? Without specific feedback it’s challenging to advise a way forward.

Actually there is no option to convert into page builder this is happening only for my home page although it shows alright in front end when I try to go into edit mode these kind of code appears

    Hi, I Work Here

Thanks. Feel free to send us another screenshot, that always helps. If the Page Builder tab is not present next to Text and Visual as it is on other pages it suggests a JavaScript error on the page in question.

    Hai,
The first screenshot is the view of the home page. And second is the console

    Hi, I Work Here

Thanks. I can only see the first Imgur link at the moment. I rechecked it and it has one screenshot in the block editor.

    Hi, I Work Here

It looks like the page is still in the Block Editor. Please let me know if any of the above steps aren’t clear.

  18. 8 months, 10 days ago Vinay Kumar

Okay you mean to say that it has to be converted to classic block

    Hi, I Work Here

Hi. No, not the Classic Block. You’re looking at Classic Editor content opened in the Block Editor.
