    Do you mean you want to have your blog on a sub page? If that’s what you mean, you can fairly set this up by following this guide – http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-create-a-separate-page-for-blog-posts-in-wordpress/

    If that’s not what you mean, could you please clarify.

    Hi Greg thank you for replying. I have a separate blog page that I want the people to go to when they click on Blog on my website. So how do I put that http link in the origami site so when they click on the menu bar blog it goes there?

    You can manage your menu from Appearance > Menus. If you have a Blog page it will appear in the pages sidebar at Appearance > Menus. You’ll need to create a custom menu and assign it to the theme’s primary menu location. Menu locations are found under the menu management area.
